Biography:
Nicole Mills, Esq., Of Counsel, specializes in business and real estate litigation, elder abuse, and employment issues. In particular, she has successfully demonstrated her advocacy skills in the area of non-disclosure agreements, title disputes, unfair business practice claims under Cal. Bus. & Corp. Code § 17200, fraud and misrepresentation actions, misappropriation of trade secrets claims, and financial and physical elder abuse actions.
Ms. Mills, who is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California, is a member of the State Bar of California (Litigation Section), the Eastern Alameda County Bar Association, and the Contra Costa County Bar Association. Ms. Mills is also admitted to practice law in Maryland although her license is currently inactive.
Ms. Mills graduated cum laude from Bates College with a major in History, where she was a Dana Scholar. She received her Juris Doctorate degree, also cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where she served as an Executive Member of the Moot Court Board. |
